CONDITION OF SALE AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
AMAZING GRATES is a supply company and does not install fireplaces; the suitability and working of the chimney
and flue are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders are accepted and promised for dispatch upon the condition that we are able to secure the necessary goods. We carry no responsibility or liability
arising from delays from unforeseen manufacturing faults, strikes and industrial action, accidents or other problems beyond our control.
Orders for goods not yet delivered may be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being made – or following a site visit that changes the
requirements of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of cancellations or alterations to orders where goods are ready for dispatch
or in the process of manufacture.
We will make every effort to deliver within the quoted period. Part deliveries may incur extra cost on part of a customer.
Payment is made in full at the time of order; where however the deposit scheme is used, a minimum of 50% of the total
is payable and the balance paid 5 working days before delivery or collection. The ownership or property in the goods
shall not pass to the customer until payment is made in full.
Marble, state and stone are all sold subject to variations in colour and inherent natural markings, filling and stopping.
No tiles can be guaranteed against crazing – a pattern of cracks within the glaze as well as shade variations during the manufacturing
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that tehe fireplace setting is acceptable at the time of delivery
and to sign a document confirming satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction must therefore be written on the delivery note.
