This early 19th century mantel reflects the essential design quality of the era; classic proportions, clean uncluttered lines and perfect balance. The moulded legs and frieze, combined with fine roundels and reeded shelves add up to an elegant whole. Appropriate for Regency or Georgian houses, this fireplace would also fit comfortably with Victorian, Edwardian or present day decor.  Available as Georgian Roundel with reeded jambs and frieze.

With the proportions of the jambs being in line with Edwardian detail this mantel is most often painted as was the case when it was first used.
